While you Wait Embroidery - Customer Provided Item

Bring in your item and we’ll stitch it while you wait - perfect for names, monograms, simple text, and select designs.

How it works

• Book an appointment during While-You-Wait hours (Walk-In also welcome, as available)
• Choose your font + thread color
• We confirm placement with you before stitching
• Most items take approximately 15 minutes to embroider.  You are welcome to wait, or come back during any open hour knowing your item will be done.

Best for

• Names on backpacks, jackets, blankets, hats, and uniforms
• Monograms and short phrases

Good to know

• Pricing covers embroidery service only (item not included)
• Turnaround depends on complexity and current queue.  Customers with appointments have priority vs Walk-Ins.
• Items must be clean and ready to stitch
• Some materials may require a quick evaluation (very thick seams, waterproof fabrics, delicate knits, etc.)
